Shipping & Returns

Warranty
Bid with confidence. All items cover twelve months parts limited warranty. The item must be installed by a licensed plumber or else the warranty will be void. Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. Part(s) for replacement must be shipped back to us at the customers expense and customer are also responsible for the returning shipping cost. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Purchaser is required to send us a picture(s) of the damaged item and the invoice from us when requesting to file a damaged claim. The damaged claim form must be filed to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will process the warranty request within 3 business days and credits will be issued within 14 days of the original claim.

Return
No Product may be returned directly to The Home Budget Houseware Inc. without first contacting us for a Return Material Authorization. We must be notified of a customers intent to return an item, for any reason, within 90 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. All items must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which are accompanied in the original shipment, and the item MUST be in resalable condition. Returns after this period will not be accepted. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Refund
To be eligible for refund, the purchaser needs to contact us within 3 days after the payment is received. No refund will be allowed after 3 days or once the item has been shipped. Refund will be given after subtracting the covering fee and will be issued within seven business day. Shipment fee is non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
